The added weight of the steel recoil rod significantly in conjunction with lighter than stock recoil spring reduces recoil and muzzle flip. This allows the gun to shoot flatter so you get more shots on target quicker. Fits standard size Glock frames We recommend the 15 lbs recoil spring for major PF 40 s&w, and the 13 lbs or 11 lbs recoil spring for 9mm.
